OK, I don't know how to get this off my chest without going off on someone or being completely rude. I have been having severe panic attacks and they have been getting worse the more I hold them in. I started cutting as a way to release the panic. The cuts are getting deeper but I have no other way of letting go. Can you help me in anyway? If not, I will be fine.

I feel where you are coming from completely. I mean yes, there have been many low points in your life but nothing that you can't take on and beat. If you believe you can then you really can. As for other ways of letting it out, there are many answers I could give you. You can try finding something that calms you down such as reading, drawing, walking around the block, just watching birds or singing. Those are all good coping skills that everyone should learn.
